Question from audience — value of IM weighed against cost of interruption, especially in small library with less staff (and no reference staff)

  1. whew! What great notes. Btw, it’s “Biblioblogosphere” — you keyed in an extra “o.” I think folks’ll get the point, anyway–it’s a silly neologism I coined that seems to have stuck around.
